Ensure lightbulbs work and are not mixed colors. Preferably use bright white light bulbs if replacing, yellow or tungsten lights are not desirable for white balance

Turn on lights

Close toilet lids

Hide bathroom items

Open curtains/blinds

Turn off fans

Turn off monitors

Close garage doors

Clear countertops

Check outside and hide hoses, extension cords, etc.

Park vehicles away from the driveway

Clean windows if necessary

Hide personal items

Ensure home is cleaned and staged to your standard before the shoot.

I will on occasion move something upon my discretion, but having the environment set is on the agent. Please ensure the home is photo ready by the scheduled time and up to your standard. Thank you!
